Important notice
By purchasing precious stones and jewelry from Heavensgemstones.com, a store run by Voice of The Light Ministries, you agree to the following terms:
NON-PROFESSIONAL SELLER
We are NOT professional jewelers, gemologists, or certified appraisers. We rely on the expertise of highly rated gem sellers, with top rated reputations. We also rely on the lab certifications provided to us by the sellers who provide them for the precious stones and jewelry. Additionally, we personally use the “Onyx” AI Gem Identification and the Rock Gem Identification AI applications to personally check and verify the authenticity of each precious stone and jewelry piece.
«AS IS» SALES
All stones and jewelry are sold «AS IS» with no warranties of any kind. What you see is what you get, including any defects or imperfections.
QUALITY OF STONES & JEWELRY
Every stone is unique in its shape, color, clarity, and internal inclusions. This in no way undermines the precious stones authenticity. Examples of these instances are the following: minerals trapped inside the stone, the presence of liquid or bubbles, inner fractures or needles, external imperfections, scratches, chips, polishing marks, or pits.
Please note that the color or image quality of the photos represented on our website for each precious stone may differ in appearance from the actual stone due to factors such as: the quality of one’s computer monitor, or device, and the difference that exists in each stone, since they are all natural.
LIABILITY LIMIT
Our total liability is limited to refunding your purchase price. I am not responsible for:
- Incorrect stone identification
- Differences between described and actual characteristics
- Any financial losses from your purchase
RETURNS \ REFUNDS
All sales are final. Returns will be accepted within 30 days (domestic, within the USA only) if the stone or jewelry you received is damaged (as a Buyer, you must send us an email with pictures to prove damage, with verification of the date you received the stone/jewelry). Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item(s) and can confirm the stone(s) based on the request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For International purchasers, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns due to international tariffs and regulations. If your item(s) are shipped to you and are “lost” or “stolen” in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase so we can confirm the package status or file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds will be issued once a package status is confirmed “lost” or “stolen” in transit.
ADDITIONAL FEES NOTICE
Due to the value and category of item that “precious stones” are considered, an additional “processing and handling” fee will be applied to each purchase on our store. We secure our packages and utilize shipping carriers that provide tracking information which will be emailed to you after your package is sent.
Attention: International purchasers may incur additional “customs / import fees and taxes” that will need to be paid to the courier for the release of your package for delivery. These import fees and taxes are determined by each country’s government regulations and is in no way determined or associated with your original purchase from us on our store. Please be sure to pay all “customs / import fees and taxes” associated with your package by the due date required by the courier to ensure delivery of your package. We are not responsible for “unclaimed” or “unpaid” packages. Any request to “re-ship” an unclaimed or unpaid package will be at the expense of the Buyer. We recommend that you provide the best email and phone number to contact you when placing your order, so that the courier can reach you for payment of fees and / or confirmation of address for delivery.

- You agree to this disclaimer and waive claims regarding authenticity or value,
- You understand that you are purchasing this/these stone(s) and/or jewelry for spiritual purposes only and not for personal monetary gain or as an investment.
SPIRITUAL DISCLAIMER
We received a revelation as a prophet of the Lord from the Holy Spirit regarding precious stones. It is our personal mission and passionate conviction to rescue as many natural genuine stones as we can because of the angelic hosts they are associated with. Those who practice New Age religions often claim to know the spiritual importance of the stones. They can feel their frequencies and completely misinterpret their designs by using them as an amulet for their own protection or harmonization.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact form.
Exchanges
If your item has been proven to be damaged in transit, an exchange may be requested by you by email to us with picture proof of damage. If we have another of the same item or similar available, we may offer you that to you. Since precious stones and jewelry are all unique, we may offer to issue you a store credit in the amount you purchased once the damaged item is received back to us. This is only available for domestic customers within the United States only.
For International purchasers, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns due to international tariffs and regulations. If your item(s) are shipped to you and are “lost” or “stolen” in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase so we can confirm the package status or file a claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping returns (for domestic customers only within the USA)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
